Shape library "TAM Notation" is missing in draw.io

if I access old page that have draw.io diagrams and I try to edit, some shapes simply get removed.

it seems that these shapes are somehow missing.

any idea?

I got some info that this is related to Shape library "TAM Notation"

how can I get these shapes back?
