Hello,

I want to share a protocol with a task report and a decision report. However, the external person can read the protocol but does not have access to the reports. Which setting is causing this issue?

please follow below steps:

• Go to the restricted pages and adjust the permissions to include the external person.

• Ensure the external person has the necessary space permissions.

• If using macros, verify that the source pages are accessible to the external person.
