Hello! I am the administrator of a Confluence Space and am leading a team to keep up with content in several Pages. I seem to get notifications when teammembers update the content of various pages, but do not get notified when I make appropriate updates. Is this normal? Are notifications only for other Confluence users?
Hey @Christine Pompa ,
there is a proactive approach available with our app, Advanced Content Navigator for Confluence!
You can create a dashboard for 1 or multiple spaces, and overview changes at a glance. It can be useful when you have more than a few changes, in your collaborative workspace!
Look at the Changed (visited, but updated since) & Unread (never opened before) pages with purple:
Hope this helps as well, while you fine tuned notifications for your issues :)
Good Luck,
Balazs - PO
Hi @Christine Pompa ,
For own changes notification in confluence, go to https://yoursite.atlassian.net/wiki/users/viewmyemailsettings.action -->Edit --> select "Notify on my actions".
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Hi @Christine Pompa , you can configure this under your personal settings. generally speaking users disable this as they don't need to be reminded of what they just did. However, some users prefer to have this enabled.
