I want to create a template in Confluence. But not every section will always be filled out in every case.
Is there a way to display only the sections to the viewer that have actually been filled out? However, I don't want to delete them completely when creating a specific page with the template, as there may be sections that will be filled out at a later time.
Hi @Jojo Pro and welcome to Community!
As far as I know, this is not possible in Confluence, but the customization options available for you (notably through apps) depends on the hosting of your Confluence. Do you know if you are using Confluence Cloud or Server / Data Center?
The quickest 'solution' I can think of would be for the person creating the page to put each section that is not filled out inside an expand macro. Once the page is published, the sections will be collapsed and take minimal space. If they need to be completed later, the user would just need to remove the macro for the section being filled out.
