Hi,

Is it possible to shown in recently update macro the recently updated items from a different space? I cannot find anything in the setup to realize this.

Explanation:

I have two different spaces Knowledge Base and Release management. And on my knowledge base space i would like to show the recently updates items from the release management space.

Does anyone have an idea if this is possible and how to set this up?

Thank you!

Robin

The "Recently Updated" macro has a configuration field for "Space(s)". This allows you to pull from any space into the current space. Example:

In this example, "DPM" is the Space Key. You can look this up in the "source" space under "Space Settings" under the "Space Details" tab:

As noted in the field description, you can list multiple spaces by using commas. Alternately, you could use the macro multiple times (e.g. two of them in a two-column layout).
