Trying to figure out how to solve a profields problem I have.
Within several project there are the same status fields used in profiled for ex. Project A, B and C have the same field for showing if the CAPEX is on track.
So on one confluence page I want to show as below:
Project A Project B Project C
Profield 1 Profield 1 Profield 1
But even if I see in the edit preview that Confluence has picked the right info from Jira for the field it displays empty when I publish the page.
It seems it only wants to show the first status from Project A leaving the other two columns empty
What is wrong in my config? I put them all in a normal confluence table to display the results.
Hello @Kaarina Tejle ,
I'm Fede Baronti from DEISER's Customer Support. Thanks for raising this question in the community.
Do you have the same dashboard in Jira? In that case, does it load properly?
After reading this through, it seems like we might have to look into this behavior. Would you mind opening a Support ticket right here? : https://jira.deiser.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
This would be really helpful for us to give better support.
Thanks in advance and all the best,
Fede.
