Sidebar Modifications

Hello, 

We are using the the Confluence cloud platform.

Is there a way to modify the content and layout on a space sidebar with the cloud app?

The only thing I can find related to the sidebar is under the Space Settings -> Sidebar Configuration. The only options are to enable/disable the Overview and Blog.

I was trying to sort the 'Pages' list and rename it from 'Pages to something else.

Hi @Mike Bailoux ,

There are several things you can do to customize the look and feel of Confluence, both at the Space level and the Site level. If you are a site admin you can go into Administration, select Confluence, and adjust the settings. You've already found the Space settings.

Unfortunately, I am not aware of any way to change "Pages" something else, but then again...I've never tried.

Hey Scott, 

Thanks for the reply. I can't seem to locate the following to be able to edit the sidebar. 

"Choose what content lives in your space sidebar: Hover over the bottom right of the space sidebar, and click on the pencil icon that appears to start customizing your sidebar:"

The only pencil icon I discover, is next to the 'Space Shortcuts' to modify that list.

Is there something that I need to enable in the admin settings, to be able to modify the space sidebar?

BTW, yes I am a site admin

Hmmm...I don't have that on my sidebar either, and I'm the site admin and the space admin. If I hover over one of the pages it gives me the ability to drag/drop a page to change the order, but that's about it. 

There are a number of requests for Atlassian to give admins more abilities to customize the sidebar, this one looks like the most recent: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-67236

I'm tryin to add a macro to a space sidebar. Is that possible?
