I'm the site admin for our company Confluence account. However, when I try to modify the global permissions for our confluence-users group, it's not made available to me, and I'm told:
"Licensing permissions are managed through the site administration"
What's going on here? Why can't I make changes?
Thank you!
Hi, Dylan.
I assume you using Confluence Cloud.
You should actually go to the Application access configuration page (https://yoursiteurl/admin/accessconfig) to add groups to Confluence's global permissions.
Individual users are reserved to add-on's users on the Global Permissions page I'm afraid.
This isn't helpful at all. I've checked out the Application access configuration page, and it doesn't offer what I want.
"Individual users are reserved to add-on's users on the Global Permissions page I'm afraid."
I don't know what that sentence means.
Here's what I need to do - I need to set things up so my team can move pages from one space to another. Right now, only admin can do that. Is that possible? If so, how?
Thank you.
