Site was deleted, can I get a backup of the contents?

Hi,

My Confluence (free) site https://sekyrian-woogency.atlassian.net/wiki was deleted. I overlooked it, sorry. Jira is still active.

I reactivated the confluence, but the contents is gone.

Is there any possibility for me to get the old data.

- Can you (Atlassian) import a backup

- Can you (Atlassian) send me a backup

- Can you (Atlassian) send me the data (is not so much) in another format?

Thx.

Michael

Hi @Mike

Confluence Free plan sites are subject to deactivation after 120 days of inactivity.

If a Confluence site on the Free plan hasn't been accessed (viewed or logged into) for 120 days, it will be deactivated.

Data associated with the site may be retained for a period after deactivation, typically 15 or 60 days depending on the billing system, before being permanently deleted.

So if this was an old Confluence Cloud instance, your data will be gone, no backups are made from free instances.
