Site wont't be build

I am new on Confluence.
I would like to make my first own Site. After I selected the domain name there is an animation wit the text that my site is getting build up. Even after 30min. there is no site.
There is a text that it is taking more time than usually an I will receive an E-Mail when my page is finished but is it possible that this took so long ?

I need to start my work ...

@Tobias Wortmann did you get this to work? I dare say other new people would love to hear the outcome! I'm a bit curious myself...
