Do you have some customization that can be affecting the plugins layout?

To check if that's the case, go to Confluence Admin > Look and Feel and check if there's some custom code there (template and/or css) then remove it temporarily and see if the behavior persists.

This will help you to diagnose if the problem is regarding a conflict between custom code and the plugins or its a problem directly with the plugin itself.

Kind Regards

Thanks for your suggestion. I did the same.

then I cleared the PLugin cache as instructed in

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/How+to+Clear+Confluence+Plugins+Cache

and the Left hand tree structure is missing.

Please tell me if the customizations were deleted /?

Hello there,

From your screenshot it seems that the 'Snip-Snap' plugin is playing a role there. If you would like to disable it, you just need to go to Browse > Confluence Admin > Manage Addons or plugins and find the Snip-Snap' plugin through the list. Once you find it, you just need to disable.

I hope this helps.

Cheers,

WZ
