I tried to connect our confluence articles with intercom.com but I cannot grant access since after the access request I get the error "Something went wrong" with no additional information.
Did someone had the same issue or knows what to do?

I would recommend clicking the Request assistance button on this page an opening a support case. As you are in cloud atlassian can look at your logs to see if it's something on their side. I would also recommend opening a ticket with intercom.com to see if there's any logs there.
