Space Admin and System Administrator access to unpublished pages

I am a site and org admin in my organization. Is there a way that I can view unpublished pages from users?

I don't think the feature exists in Confluence yet. There is an open ticket with Atlassian - CONFSERVER-35921. You might want to add your vote. :)
