Hi,
We have a premium licence for Confluence and we would like to configure access to one space (which is our knowledge base) so that only our customers (meaning people with an email address domain of our customers - e.g. *customername.com) could have access to this space.
The anonymous is too open for our management who want only our customers to have access.
With the guest permission systme, I suppose we would have to enter all of the employees' email addresses which could be hard to manage on a daily basis.
So is there a way to add a list of email addresses based on the domain part that we could add to the permissions of a space so that we don't have to add each email address of each end user?
Many thanks in advance for your reply
Hi @[deleted] ,
Welcome to Atlassian community.
You can work this around. You would need JIRA Service Desk for this and add all your Company domain users as a JIRA Service Desk customer. Then you would need to Give Access to Unlicensed Users from Jira Service Desk. The space then will be accessible to your Company domain users. The downside of this is that you would need JIRA Service Desk and you would need the users to log in.
I hope the above information helps.
Thanks,
Srinath T
