Currently we have users reporting that when they access our Knowledge Base space, they do not see a logo of the space loading. Instead it shows the "missing jpg" icon sort of thing in its place.
We have tried setting the icon to default and re-uploading, but after a page refresh it shows the missing jpg again.
Any suggestions?
The icon does not show up neither in Chrome, Firefox nor their respective private windows. However it does load on my colleague's laptop and doesn't again on another one. Seems this is happening 50/50 regardless a browser or an OS.
