Start Confluence in the background

We have Jira and Confluence installed in the same server.

When we run "./start-jira.sh ./run" Jira runs on background and we can use the console for more commands.

When we run "./start-confluence.sh ./run" Confluence runs on the console and we cannot run any other commands. If we close the console the Confluence stop working.

How can we run Confluence in the same way we run Jira. We do not use sudo for any one of the 2 applications.

Thank you

HI Anna Protopapa

Please use ./start-confluence.sh -bg so that you get the prompt to execute the commands

Thanks
