Stop auto update emails sent to my manager from a page I am developing

My boss gets an email whenever I save/update a work-in-progress page.

How do I stop this confluence behavior. 

No, I'm not an admin. Only a space owner.

Good practice to always check who gets notified! Email notifications become cumbersome very soon when there's no maintenance around this.

@Monica Li as a space admin you can manage watchers. Watchers of pages and spaces is how one gets notified.  Manage Watchers | Confluence Data Center and Server 7.12 | Atlassian Documentation
