Hi there,

We are using Confluence free and after the notification that storage limit is exceeded, I have deleted a lot of files and old page versions. However, the status on storage remains unchanged, the amount of MB that we allegedly exceed the limit does not change at all despite the fact that a lot of data was deleted. Therefore we are unable to create new content. I deleted these pages more than 4 hours ago, so the status of storage should be updated by now.

After we deleted many old pages, the limit cannot be exceeded anymore. Why does the status on storage not change? Unfortunately, I am not allowed to contact tech support directly.

Thanks!

Hello @Torsten Fleischer ,
Welcome to the Community Forum !!

Generally, the Attachments counts towards the storage and pages as well; anyhow the pages won't be much, like deleting 100 pages may be 1-10mb only.

Check out for the attachments versions OR try the cloud migration to know which all spaces have the data total size.

If post that, it doesn't work, then we can create a Support request from this post.

Thank you very much! I think the attachments versions could have been the problem, so thanks for the advice, that should help.
