Storage space and Back up for Confluence On Demand

Hi

We have only found the following information regarding storage space for Confluence OD.

We would like to know how much space we have used up so far and it seems you cannot currently check this under your admin settings. The comments under the above link do not help with this query as they refer to JIRA Studio.

We would also like to know whether site backups are included as part of the 25GB limit.

Currently there's no way customers can see their used space in OnDemand, this is something Atlassian is working on and we have improvement request regarding it here: AOD-2770 I ask you to vote for it so it increases it's priority!

Currently you can request that information via a support ticket.

Hi Stef,

Only the backups generated by you using the Backup Manager, which are stored temporarily on your instance and are cleaned up overnight, all other backups generated by us for recovery purposes are not counted towards your limit.
