Stuck at integrating jira and the confluence ?

I connected Confluence to JIRA by bypassing the JIRA sync in the initial Confluence set up.

I am using JIRA on-demand (cloud ) and confluence on the server.  But when I try to integrate both like go to 

• Choose Browse > Confluence Admin.
• Click 'User Directories' in the left-hand panel.
• Add a directory and select type 'Atlassian JIRA'.

I am the admin for the JIRA account.

Can you please let me know what is the Application name and Application Password ??

Where can I find it?

I didn't forgot my password ... Please let me know, is the application name and password is the admin user name and password of JIRA ?

You can't find them, you need to (re)set them for yourself.

Also, what documentation are you following to try to do whatever this "integration" is for?
