Subscribe to Calendar Did not Work

I followed instructions to subscribe to calendar for desktop Outlook and there are not items from the Confluence calendar in my Outlook. I received no error messages after I copied the URL in Open Calendars from the Internet, but nothing populated. 

Is there another step? Does this work when we are using O365?

Was this one the article that you followed to Subscribe to a Team calendar:

Does the URL you got from Team Calendars look like this:

http://myrurl.com/rest/calendar-services/1.0/calendar/export/subcalendar/private/b98f5fa0f44b6964c14c6fb04c17f1b322bd4671.ics

Or does it look like this:

http://myurl.com/
