Suggested Spaces in Advanced Search engine in Confluence
User from customer portal with access to confluence dont see suggested Spaces in Advanced Search engine in Confluence. (1)
Ha has an access to all Spaces in Congluence Space Setttings - hi is in right group. (2)
After taping a letter - he can see spaces but bevor he doesnt see anything Could you explain where to find this settings?

From the first screenshot it seems that the user Klient BPSC2 does have Confluence site access but they don't have a seat.
To access spaces (or see content in general, even in search results) a user must have an active seat on a specific Confluence site.
For example: this user has access but no seat (I know, I'm the admin :) ).
On a side note, this is a public forum so I'd refrain from posting screenshots with site names and other details as anyone on the internet can see any public post.
