Sync Fields between Confluence Pages

Hello,

im looking for a tool oder a function in Confluence to sync different "Attributes" between pages.

My intention:

When we create new servers we document this server using Confluence. We create a "server document" where we collect information like:

• IP address
• server owner
• phyisical Servername
• DNS name
• installation guide
• etc.

But we also have a IP address list where we collect all IP address information with dns names. 

What i want to do:

I only want to create the server document with all the information and the ip address list is automatically filled with the necessary information (IP address and DNS name).

Is there a basic function Confluence provides or any apps/tools to sync these information/attributes?

Maybe the Page Properties Macro that comes with Confluence can do what you need?
