THe latest version of Chrome seems to lock the files uploaded to Confluence pages. what to do?

When you use the latest version of Chrome for Confluence and upload an attachment. It locks the file on your computer and sometimes crashes Chrome. The only way currently to release the file and start chrome again is to rebook the entire laptop. 

I am currently at TD Bank using confluence. How can we fix this? Any solutions.

Chrome version is 87.0.4280.141 (official build) (64-bit)

Found it confluence version is 6.13.4
