Table Filter not loading the table

Hello.  I am using the Table Filter macro in a Confluence page. At times, the entire macro / table doesn't load to the page.  Totally missing. The issue occurs sporadically, but is occurring frequently enough to render the macro as an unusable solution for a page I need to share with my entire company. 

I have been unable to find any defects reporting this issue.  I am on a cloud version of Confluence.  Anyone else ever experienced this problem?
