One way to do it could be to use the app Elements Spreadsheet (full disclosure: I work for Elements Apps). You could make all the changes you want (formatting, merging cells, template data, etc), then download and save the file (it's a .ssc extension).
Then when you create a new page or need to insert one of the pre-formatted tables, you can upload the Spreadsheet file in the new location. If you change the initial template, you'd have to re-download it.
