Tabler Filter Macro will not load

I have a table with a Jira macro and I am trying to insert the Table Filter macro as well to further sort the data. It will not load and I've tried waiting and I've tried it multiple times. This is not a network issue. How do I fix this/ are there any alternatives to this Macro to help me sort a Jira table?

Hi @Ellie VanArkel ,

Please check if your colleagues experience the same issue (you may try to insert not only the Table Filter macro but our other macros as well - Pivot Table, Table Transformer, etc.).

If the issue persists, please refer to our support. 

Open the browser console (press F12), locate the error in the Console tab and attach the screenshot of the error to the ticket.

Also, please, switch to the Network tab in the browser dev tools, reproduce the issue and save the data from the Network tab as a HAR file.
