Morning Community,

One is having trouble with Team calendars, specifically adding Jira Issues Dates in to them. The create event seems to be lacking required fields:

Application link between Jira and Conflunce is a-ok, no trouble adding the Jira widgets to confluence for example.

Jira - 7.9.0

Confluence - 6.8.1

Anyone come across this issue before?

Many thanks,

Matt

HI Matt,

I Installed Jira 7.9 and Confluence 6.8.1 and saw the same result as in your screen shot, but after I set the Application links to "OAuth with impersonation" the Jira fields showed up:

This article explains the two kinds of OAuth and the implications of each, and has screen shots showing how to edit the application links: OAuth security for application links

I also noticed that once I established an OAuth token in Jira (with the Login and Approve prompt) that also seemed to make the Jira fields visible in Team Calendars.

I look forward to hearing whether you can see the Jira fields in your Team Calendars events after changing the application links to use impersonation.

Thanks,

Ann
