I have one team member who cannot access calendars in our Confluence Cloud instance.
He has a license in Confluence and Jira, and is in the group that has permissions in both spaces.
The calendars are not restricted in any way.
I've got Atlassian Support looking into it, but so far they have not had any luck figuring out the issue.
Just wondered if anyone on here had run into something similar and what the issue turned out to be.
Hi @Kathy Hart
Is it just one user? Have you tried creating a new account for this user? This may be the easiest way to get him/her up and running.
Regards
@Fabian Lim I did consider removing and reinstating the member if Support couldn't identify the issue.
However, it turns out that there is a known bug which Atlassian is working on.
Atlassian Bug Ticket CONFCLOUD-72038
Some users who are in the Central Time Zone will have this problem, but if they switch to some other time zone on their profile, then the error does not occur.
I hope they fix it quickly. If you put a time in the Calendar, then it uses your profile to set the time that is visible. Since all other users are Central time, and are not having this issue, the one user with the issue will be out of sync with the others.
Thanks.
