Text in whateboard is not visible

Hi @Marie-Hélène Slegten welcome to the community.  It doesn't appear that any specific solutions have been provided.  Do you have any screenshots that you can share demonstarating this issue? 

Have you tried another browser, or another PC to see if the same issue persists?  Do other users have the same issue?  That would be a couple of troubleshooting thigs to try.

Do you have a workflow that can cause this issue everytime? If so, since you're an Admin with a Premium license, you can always contact Atlassian Support and share as much information with them and have them weigh in.  If there is a Work Item created for this issue, please post it back here so others can vote for it if they're having the same issue.

Hi I have tried different browsers and my colleagues working on a different pc have the same issue. This issue has been present since multiple months but we are still waiting on a solution. Will contact support and share some screenshots with them.

Do you happen to know if the text was pasted into the whiteboard from another source like a website?  

Is it happening on other whiteboards or a new one that you create and do not paste anything into it?  

I have seen something similar from text pasted from another website and the HTML formatting remained.
