hi

i've a issue to need help

 

i'm using confluence server now, and perfectly worked yesterday.

but today i found this message and editor didn't work...

 

The editor didn't load this time

The connection timed out. If it happens again, speak to your Confluence admin. You may be using a proxy server that prevents WebSocket connections.

 

if i setting limited editing mode, than it works but only one person will able to editing

i checked sending websocket in my browser(firefox, chrome)

 

what should i do something?
help me!
