I would like to utilize the Elements Spreadsheet macro but it is not listed in the Macro Browser, therefore I am unable to insert the macro into my confluence page and as a result cannot import my spreadsheet into the confluence page.
Hi @William Herbert !
First, thank you for your question. I'm Maelle, Elements Spreadsheet Marketing Product Manager.
If the Elements Spreadsheet macro is not appearing in the Macro Browser, here are a few things to check:
Check that Elements Spreadsheet is installed and enabled in your Confluence instance. If you are using Confluence cloud, you can check this by looking into "Apps" > Manage Apps". If the app is not installed you can follow this tutorial here to add a Spreadsheet into your Confluence page.
You can install the app also directly from the marketplace.
2. Check permissions
In some cases, your admin can restrict access to specific macros. If Elements Spreadsheet is installed in your Confluence, check with your admin to confirm that you have the necessary permissions.
3. Clear cache & refresh
Sometimes, browser cache issues can cause macros to not display properly. Try clearing your cache and refreshing the page.
If you've checked all these options and the issue persists, please let us know and we'll be happy to assist your further !
Let us know if that helps !
Is this the macro you want to use? From this app?
It could be possible the app is no longer available in your instance. Please check this with your admin.
