The link of Back up for cloud can't download

Hi,

We met a problem that we can not download the link of “back up attachments”.

The file size is 1.6G, the download stops automatically when the download reaches 94M, and the unknown error is displayed.

We tried to change the network and browser to download，but the result is still the same.

Please help us to solve this problem,thank you!

Hi @Lynn Tong ,

There is a good chance that your corporate network (e.g. firewall) cuts off the download. I've downloaded several backups and never have seen this problem. I would suggest trying to download it outside the corporate environment. If that succeeds, you should ask you IT department to investigate it.
