Hi Karen, 

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I believe the issue is sorted out now, as you have been granted the permission to view that space by one of your admins. 

The reason why you get the 404 (rather than a 401 Unauthorized) is because without the proper permissions, the page in question cannot be seen by your session. I understand that this can be a bit scary, but if you encounter such issues in the future, the first go-to question should always be "Do I have the right permissions to view the content?"
