The user is a space admin, but receives a not permitted error when trying to edit individual permiss

The user is the space administrator, when checking through the permissions wizard, everything is ok. The administrator group of his space has all permissions, logs in successfully, but receives an error when trying to edit individual permissions. Confluence version is 8.5.1. Any ideas?

I'll try to assist you with your inquiry. 

There are a few things we can do to diagnose this kind of problems.

1. Have you tried to individually add the person to the permission of the space?
   1. If it still persists then we can further explore what we can do about it
2. Do we know if the person is logged in when they try to view the space/page?
   1. If you've configured anonymous access, it is possible that they might be viewing the page, but their access isn't recognised as they are not logged in

I am facing the same issue after upgrade to Confluence version is 8.5.1. The space administrators can´t access to edit individual permissions.

I tried to individually add the person to the permission of the space but without any change.
