I've been seeing this message lately when trying to edit a code block on pages in my wiki:
There has been an error loading the macro browser. Please try again or see your system administrator.
Any idea what might be causing this?
Thanks in advance for your help!
-Tony
I haven't seen the error message recently so I will assume that the issue has been resolved.

Peter,
Thanks for your reply. I am running the OnDemand version of Confluence so I don't think I have access to the plugin cache or external gadgets...
Any other ideas?

Hi Tony,
You can try clearing the plugin cache that in many cases help: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/How+to+Clear+Confluence+Plugins+Cache
Otherwise, check if you have any gadget feeds at Confluence Admin > External Gadgets > Gadget Feeds and if they are accessible. Deleting them and testing may help.
Also, if you have application links and the remote application is not reachable, this problem can occur.
Kind regards,
Peter

Hi Tony,
We had similar reports in OnDemand where removing external gadget feeds fixed this problem. Since you don't have access to it, please open a support ticket on support.atlassian.com so support can remove it for you.
Regards,
Marlon
