Ticket version change history

I am trying to create a report, to publish tickets (in a sprint) which had version changed before/on day of the release.

Is there a way to track this?

Before starting with the more advanced ideas you could make sure the sprint is linked to a Confluence page, like described here:

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/link-a-confluence-page-to-a-sprint/

If done so, you can look at the results and try to add the information you want to see additionally there.
