We use a confluence space to document details about our software in several different sections/ areas of our product. Wondering if anyone has tips on organizing and reviewing each section regularly to make sure it stays up to date? Are there any tools that make this quick and efficient quarterly?

One option is to use apps to get a workflow in place for reviews and reminders when it is time to revisit them. I am using Comalatech's apps for this, Comala document control and Comala publishing, but there are other apps on the Marketplace that can do this too. Comala document control has a workflow that allows you to set a expiration period and will send out a reminder when it is time to do a review.
