We are working with "meeting notes" on daily basis now and I'm finding a bit easy to lose track of the meeting decisions if you don't manually update the project documentation.

Is there a easier way to expose the project directions and decisions in a single summarised page?
Or maybe my approach is wrong... How do you guys do this process?

Thanks for you help!

Hello Rafael, the meetings have actionables tasks that can derive to spreadsheets with categories of the deliverables, expected dates, and outcomes. Every time one of the meeting members have progress on their subjects it can be logged into a page with tables where the fields describe the categories mentioned above.

There are two ways to follow progress: through Conflunce workbox, that will notify changes in the pages you follow or for the ol' mail inbox - here the is a list of types of notification.

The trick is to have users actively communicating through the page editions in terms of work in progress.
