How to create a topic with sub-topics?

Hi @Edouard Dopper 

Create a Confluence page that you want to have as a parent (or use an existing one).

When you position the cursor over that page, you'll see a Plus button. Click it, create a new page and it will become a child page.

You can also drag and drop pages around. If you want Page A to become a child page of Page B, just drag and drop Page A onto Page B.

Could you please share a screenshot of what you are trying to achieve and at which stage you are stuck to complete the requirement?
