I was wondering if we have a process in place if a customer makes a reservation in the US and wants to transfer their order to the European market?
I feel this could be a question we are face frequently in the coming months as we expand across Europe and our affluent clients have homes in multiple locations.
@Sophia Caramanoff Welcome to the Atlassian community
I am assuming that you are referencing where your cloud hosting is taking place. Atlassian has a robust cloud hosting infrastructure for Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence. It includes AWS regions across the United States, Germany, Ireland, Singapore, and Australia. When you sign-up it looks at where you are signing up from and locates your data based on the origin of access to help ensure more reliable performance and reduced latency.
If you have originally signed up in the US but everyone accessing the Atlassian products is in Europe I would submit a support issue so they can relocate your provisioned hosting.
Welcome to the community 🙂
So as explained by @Brant Schroeder If you have a premium version of confluence in your site you can change the site hosted in org settings
Here's a reference for the one which you are referring to
