The following issue has been occurring for some of our staff members. We would like to ask for your help in dealing with this issue.
The Translations icon on the Confluence page does not appear correctly, and when clicking on the icon, a message appears saying that the connection was denied by langoapp.adapps.it, and the translation function cannot be used.
The same thing happens even after clearing the browser cache or changing the browser.
The same applies even after changing the browser settings and restarting the PC.
Hello @Tashiro, Hideyuki
Confluence does not come with a native solution for translations. According to the connection denied information, it is assumed that you are using the Lango app for translations.
I suggest contacting the Lango App support help desk directly, which is also linked in the Marketplace listing under Support.
Best regards,
Mattia
