Trigger in Comala document management to allow view access to everyone

Emily Guerin August 13, 2021

Hi,

I don't know how to add view access to everyone for a page that I want to restrict edit access to using a trigger at the end of a workflow.

Here is what I have :

{trigger:statechanged|state=Release Process Complete}
{add-restriction:type=edit|user=12345}
{add-restriction:type=view|group=Jira_developers}
{trigger}

I don't know what the group or user is called for 'everyone' and the group Jira_developers does not contain everyone.

I don't even know how to check what groups I can choose from.

@Emily Guerin welcome to the Community!

Without knowing all the Groups in your Confluence instance, this is a bit of a tricky question to answer. Generally speaking, there is a default group called confluence-users that every person in your instance should belong to. If you have admin access you can see all the groups under the Security tab in the admin menu.
