Trying to create Task Report for Retros

I'm having difficulty creating a Task Report to bring together our Lessons Learned from Retros and not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I have the Macro filtering for pages within my Space with the label stp-wfm-retro and a page with that label on it, with various ways of capturing the task as I troubleshoot why my report isn't displaying any details.

I've resolved this by adding the Action Items: heading on the page
