Trying to enable the Confluence Migration Tool

I am trying to migrate my confluence from on prem to cloud hosted, but the migration tool will not enable in my confluence instance, has anyone else seen this behavior? if so how did you resolve this?

Can you please confirm for us if there were any errors generated when installing the plugin?

It will really help us if you can please generate the support zip file from your server site that contains all the server logs and should give us more details about this issue from Confluence Settings > General Configuration > Troubleshooting and support Tools (under Administration).

As the file will contain private customer data, I've also raised a case in your name and you can upload the zip file there, I cannot add the case id here, but you should have received an email from us.
