Hello @Julie d_Antin _Elements_ , I wanted to know if there was a way to turn an internal note( from a ticket in the Jira service management project) into a page in confluence. For instance if an internal note includes a special key word then Jira knows to turn that internal note into a confluence page
You can publish information from a Jira issue, including comments, to Confluence using the app Elements Publish to Confluence (fyi, I work for the vendor).
Currently the app can be triggered manually when a user wants to create a page (for example when a support agent finishes writing the troubleshooting steps), or automatically on a workflow transition (maybe when the issue is resolved), but there is not yet a trigger based on content of the Jira issue.

Hi @Destiny Porter , Welcome to Community.
Could you confirm whether you mean an internal note on a Jira issue (maybe a request on a support portal?) or if you mean a note on a Confluence page?
Thanks!
