Turn off "Last Edited by" in Confluence OnDemand

Does anyone know a way to turn off the "Last Edited by" page header in Confluence OnDemand? Since this is a hosted service, I am unable to use the coding solutions that others have asked about in the past.

I'm afraid this is not currently possible in OnDemand. Check out this improvement request:
