I'm finding that I'm unable to insert Confluence macros related to "Jira" or those populating the "external content" listings.
Any advice?
All other macros insert and work as designed.

I'm selecting the macros (any of them) that come up when typing "Jira" in the macro search field.
ALL other macros work fine
i.e.

@tfetner Is your Confluence instance connected to your Jira instance? I don't know much about this (not a Site Admin), but I found this tutorial: https://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/resources/guides/extend-functionality/confluence-jira#integrate-confluence-jira
There are probably other pages in the Atlassian documentation that describe how this works or maybe the documentation about the macros specifies the necessary configuration.

No error messages. Macro does not appear on screen. Again this is just with "Jira" macros. I can insert another macro, and all works as expected.

Just to clarify: are you using the "Jira Issues" or the "Jira Legacy" macro - legacy is outdated?
