Unable to Modify or Update the Content on the created

Hi Team,

User has created a page in Confluence on 22nd November and when he is trying to modify the page It is showing the message as follows "Unable to communicate with server. Saving is not possible at the moment.". Could you please let me know what could be the issue. because we even tried with Confluence Admin login and we are getting the same error. 

Let me know if you need any information on the same.

Is there support number to call so that I can share my screen for better understanding.
