I am a project admin that does not have a domain registered. Even though I have all the permissions to manage users in the project, I still cannot give myself access to Confluence.
I have tried to look follow the link in this error alert, have been reading through previous threads in the answers page, and have been digging through documentation, and I still cannot find an answer for how to give myself access to Confluence. The settings to manage users in Jira has not been successful thus far.
Since the beginning of my Jira project, I have been the project admin for everything, but have not been under a domain to have managed users, I simply have the ability to look at project users. Is there a way to still manage users where I can allow myself Confluence access again?
Got like this message when we forgot to renew license.

Welcome to Atlassian Community.
Project admins in Jira and space admins in Confluence only have permission to manage the space or project.
You would need to be an Org admin to re-activate this subscription. Do you know who the Org admin for your company is? Typically the owner of the product or system would have Org admin and or the billing person. I typically see this being an IT director or IT manager that has this access along with a Atlassian Admin.
This also seems to possibly be a free site which will be turned off after so long of no activity. You would need to use the "Contact us" option if the Org admin is no longer available.
First option to contact someone in your org that would have access. Second option "Contact us" .
I hope this helps and let us know if you were able to solve this.
